WP Energy Public Company Limited (WP), represented by Ms. Tuangrat Wongpiwat, Assistant Director of Accounting and Finance, received the Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) Certificate 2026 from Dr. Wijarn Simachaya, Chairman of the Board of the Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization: TGO), at the Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ), Chaeng Watthana Road.

This marks WP’s first Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) certification and represents an important milestone in strengthening the Company’s systematic greenhouse gas management. The certification covers WP’s key operations, including its Head Office, 6 Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) terminal and supply depots, and 8 LPG filling plants. The Company has assessed greenhouse gas emissions from its operations to identify emission sources and quantify emissions, providing a robust baseline for developing future greenhouse gas management and reduction measures.

WP recognizes the importance of greenhouse gas management and addressing climate change, as well as the role and responsibility of the business sector in reducing environmental impacts. The Company continues to advance greenhouse gas reduction initiatives through energy efficiency improvements, the adoption of renewable energy, and enhanced efficiency in transportation and operations.

The certification also forms part of WP’s ongoing commitment to ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance). The Company aims to build on its greenhouse gas emissions data to establish appropriate emission reduction targets and measures aligned with its business operations, supporting the transition toward a low-carbon society while fostering resilient and sustainable long-term growth.
